Snapple etc. is very caloric, so are jamba juices and fruit smoothies. I don’t see why a cold pressed, rational and measured juice day isn’t a good fast. I love it, I find it is a basic high nutrient, low calorie diet. Also, once you get used to going a day without solid food it makes the 5:2 much more achievable.
